These terms govern the use of brookpoint.eu. They do not govern our services: if you become a client, a separate written agreement covers what we do, what it costs and how it ends. Nothing on this website is a contractual offer.

If you are an employer
This site describes a subscription recruitment service. The prices, the number of positions and the terms shown are indicative and become binding only in a signed agreement. We do not guarantee that any particular role will be filled, nor within any particular time. What we commit to is a continuous search capacity for the positions you subscribe to.
If you are a candidate
We do not advertise vacancies on this site and there is no application form here. If we contact you about a role, taking part costs you nothing at any stage, and you may stop at any point without giving a reason.
We never charge a candidate. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is not us, and we would like to know.
The final hiring decision always belongs to the employer, not to us.
Using this site
You may read this site, use the tools it offers, and share links to it. Do so in a way that is lawful and that does not interfere with anyone else's use.
You may not: extract its content automatically, whether by scraping, crawling beyond ordinary indexing, or any equivalent means; attempt to reach parts of it that are not public; disrupt its operation; submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or harassing; or reuse its content commercially without our written agreement.
If you break these rules, you are responsible for the loss that follows, and we may block your access.
The free Express audit
The audit is free and takes about five minutes. Two things about it, stated plainly because the whole point of the tool is honesty about numbers.
Everything it returns is built from what you typed. We verify nothing. Each figure is marked as declared for that reason. The result is an indication, not a measurement, and not professional, legal, financial or HR advice.
Decisions are yours. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the strength of a free questionnaire. A measured diagnostic is a different exercise, and it is paid.
Results are kept for 90 days and then deleted. See the Privacy Policy.
Client access
The link to the client area leads to applications reserved for us and for our clients. Access is personal, credentials are not to be shared, and use of those applications is governed by the agreement signed with the client concerned, not by this page. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has used your access.
Intellectual property
The texts, the structure, the visual identity, the photographs and the audit framework on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more, including reproducing the questionnaire or its indicators, needs our written agreement.
Company names and trade marks belonging to others are mentioned for identification only.
Equal treatment
We recruit on skills and experience, and we do not accept a client instruction that would have us screen on a protected ground. Our approach to this is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, without notice, including for maintenance. We try to keep it available, we do not promise it will be.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from its use.
Nothing here limits our liability for fraud, for intentional fault, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, none of which can be excluded under Belgian law.
Links to other sites
Links we provide are a convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they contain. You may link to our home page without asking, provided the link does not suggest an approval or a relationship that does not exist.
Personal data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. What this site stores on your device is described in our Cookie Policy.
Miscellaneous
You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if it does not reduce your protection. If we do not act on a breach, that does not waive our right to act later. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
Applicable law and courts
Belgian law applies. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls to the courts of Brussels, unless a mandatory rule of consumer law gives you the right to another court.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version that applies is the one published when you use the site, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
